[Shizuoka Hojicha Powder] is a type of ground roasted green tea. It has a special nutty & smoky aroma.
Low in caffeine: Hojicha is usually roasted at 150 °C to prevent oxidation and produce a light golden colour. The roasting process used to make hojicha also lowers the amount of caffeine in the tea.
