Refund policy
1. General Eligibility and Conditions
The Customer has the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
● Condition: Unused.
● Packaging: Original, undamaged packaging.
● Proof: Must include proof of purchase (Order Number).
2. Specific Item Categories
Perishable Items (Matcha, Teas and Sweets)
Due to product integrity and public health standards:
● Opened Products: Returns are not accepted once the original seal is broken, unless
the item is demonstrably damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
● Unopened Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided the inner
seal remains fully intact.
Non-Perishable Items (Accessories)
● Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt under general eligibility conditions.
3. Procedure for Returns
Returns require prior approval. Items sent back without following this procedure will be rejected.
1. Initiation: The Customer must send an email to info@roundandround.nl within the
14-day window.
2. Required Information: The email must include the Order Number, the specific item(s)
to be returned, and the reason for the return.
3. Instructions: Upon approval, the Company will provide precise instructions regarding
the return address and shipping method.
4. Refunds and Associated Costs
Refund Processing Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Company will notify the Customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the approval notification.
5. Shipping Responsibility
● Company Error: If the return is due to a verifiable error by the Company (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), the Company will cover the return shipping costs.
● Customer Change of Mind: For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), the Customer
is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
● Perishable items where the seal has been broken.
● Custom or personalized items.
● Sale items and gift cards.
