Shipping policy

We usually try to ship your order on next working day.

During periods of high demand or peak seasons, please allow 2-3 working days for arranging shipment. 

 Upon successful completion of your purchase, a detailed order confirmation email will be sent to your provided address. If you do not see this email, please ensure you check your spam folder.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier—that is, after it has shipped—we regret that we are unable to modify any part of the order details.

Please  verify and confirm the accuracy of the shipping address prior to submission, as we cannot be held liable for any failure in delivery that results from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
