The golden Chashaku (茶杓), specially made for Matcha Next Door.
It is a great and essential tool for preparing matcha.
Its primary function is not just for general scooping, but for measuring and transferring the delicate matcha powder from its bag/tin into the bowl (Chawan).
For a typical bowl of Usucha (thin tea), the common measure is two chashaku scoops, which is generally equivalent to about 1 gram of matcha powder.
For matcha latte or other drink, you can use around 4-5 scoops.
The material RVS (Stainless Steel) makes it stronger, more durable, and easy to clean.
